Policies and Terms:
Minimum opening order: $250.00 (Replace order: $100.00)
A handling charge of $10.00 will be added to all orders under our minimum.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. (No personal check accepted) Credit card payments will not be charged until the order is packed to ship and will only be charged for actual shipped goods, plus shipping & handling.
No “CALL FOR CREDIT CARDS” Orders without payment info will not be processed.
Credit terms will be considered only for large, well known firms, chain stores, and museum shops that have excellent credit history within the industry.
We will not ship any new orders to accounts with a previous balance due.
A $35.00 fee will be charged for return checks.
Returns & Exchange:
We do not accept returns or exchanges, UNLESS IT IS SENT TO YOU
a) DAMAGED ; OR
b) IT IS THE WRONG ITEM
If you need to place a return due to the either of the above reason, please e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Once you receive the RA#, send it to us in original packing/condition, with the ORIGINAL or COPY OF ORIGINAL RECEIPT plus explanation for return.
Note : No claims will be allowed or considered after 3 days from receipt of goods. It must be done in writing via e-mail or fax.
No merchandise accepted for return unless authorized by us and assigned a return number (RA#). Any return sent without an RA# from us will be refused and no claim will be allowed or credit given for such merchandise.
All orders are shipped FOB San Marino, CA unless otherwise specified. Please notify us immediately of any damage or shortage.
All internet sales must be approved by Coelacanth.
